TECHNIQUES AND SKILLS OF DIPLOMACY

This course introduces students to the techniques and skills necessary for and used in international and diplomatic relations. A special emphasis will be placed on educating students about the rules and methods of diplomatic communication, the forms of diplomatic writing, and diplomatic protocol.
