COMPARATIVE LAW

6 ECTS credits

This course will consist of an analysis and comparison of different legal systems, most notably the common law and comparative law traditions. The course will offer an introduction to the main elements of these two systems, and will focus on the development and evolution of legal systems, the differences and similarities between them, and the multitude of roles played by different actors and legal sources in each of them.
