The subject and basic concepts of logic (concept, idea, conclusion); traditional logic; modern logic; formal structure of arguments; modal logic, deontological logic; deduction and induction; meaning and definitions; conclusion errors and argumentation; critical reasoning.  The course provides insight into basic structure of thought and argumentation and possible pitfalls that can befall a person in these processes. By completion of this course, students will have a clearer vision of the structure of other people’s thoughts as well as their own. Consequently, this means better understanding of any given subject.
