International Students
DIU is strongly committed to creating a diverse and international community of students who are able to engage in discussion and debate, exchange experiences and ideas, and create lasting relationships and bonds throughout their time at DIU. International students, faculty, and researchers form an important and integral part of courses and life at the University. We welcome and encourage students from all over the world to apply and study at DIU, and the University offers a wide range of services to our international candidates, from assistance in seeking accommodation to aid in navigating the Croatian visa system.
International students are not required to fulfill the Croatian state graduation obligation.

DIU provides equal scholarship opportunities to both international and Croatian students based on academic excellence and financial need. However, students who are not Croatian citizens may not be eligible to receive student loans in the Republic of Croatia.

The Republic of Croatia requires students with foreign high school certifications to verify their diplomas at the Ministry of Education. Dubrovnik International University will assist all of its international students with this process upon their official enrollment.
