Admissions Deadlines

Graduate Students

For academic year 2012/2013, starting in February 2012 the enrollement is still open. Deadline is JANUARY 31st 2012.


Students eligible for interview will be notified within a period of one week of receipt of application. Students will be informed of the admission committee's decision within the period of one week following the interview.

Undergraduate Programs

Applications to DIU can be sent at any time. However, we encourage potential students to apply as early as possible due to limited class sizes (only 30 students per program).

For academic year 2012/2013, starting in September 2012 there are five terms in the admissions process:

  • The first deadline is February 25th, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified  within a period of two weeks. Students will be notified of the admission committee's decision within a period of one month following the interview.
  • The second deadline is April 8th, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified  within a period of two weeks. Students will be notified of the admission committee's decision within a period of one month following the interview.
  • The third deadline is May 31st, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified  within a period of two weeks. Students will be notified of the admission committee's decision within a period of one month following the interview.
  • The fourth deadline is June 21st, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified  within a period of two weeks. Students will be notified of the admission committee's decision within a period of one month following the interview.
  • The fifth deadline is July 10th, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified within a period of two weeks. Students will be notified of the admission committee's decision within a period of one month following the interview.
  • Enrollment days: still to be defined 
  • The deadline for late admissions is August 31st, 2012. Students eligible for interview will be notified within a period of one week. Students will be informed of the admission committee's decision within the period of one week following the interview.

Transfer and Study abroad students
For students wishing to join DIU in the spring semester starting in February, 2012 as transfer or study abroad students, the application deadline is also JANUARY 31st, 2012.
